We are seeking a seasoned Mutual Fund Trainer / NISM Educator / Master Distributor to partner with us as a National Master Distributor. In this role, you will leverage your existing training ecosystem and network of IFAs/MFDs to build and lead a dedicated sub-distributor network.

The Prospect

As our Master Distributor Partner, you will sit at the intersection of education and distribution. You will empower your trainees, certified MFDs,



and financial advisor network with a high-yield fixed-income product to complement their equity mutual fund offerings—while earning master-level brokerage and referral overrides on all capital raised.

Key Responsibilities & Partnership Scope

Network Onboarding: Leverage your training batches, CPE sessions, and IFA networks to empanel certified Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) as sub-distributors.

Product Education & Enablement: Co-host product briefing sessions, yield masterclasses, and credit webinars to educate onboarded advisors on our NCD structure, underlying collateral, and investor value proposition.

Master Distribution Management: Act as the primary bridge between our corporate debt desk and your network of sub-brokers/distributors for application processing, documentation, and commission tracking.

Pipeline Optimization: Help sub-distributors pitch fixed-income
