Ensure products meet quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements before dispatch.
- Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with:
- Design for product feasibility and customization
- Operations & Warehouse for inventory planning and dispatch timelines
- Projects & Sales to align procurement with client requirements




- Market Research & BenchmarkingContinuously track market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to improve sourcing options and competitiveness
- Risk & Vendor Performance Management
- Monitor vendor performance, resolve supply issues, and maintain strong long-term supplier relationships

What Were Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of manufacturing, packaging, or gifting products (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and basic procurement tools
- Startup or agency experience is a plus
