Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle Payroll module to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle HCM tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, attendance management, and other HR-related functions within the Oracle HCM platform.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM modules such as Payroll (US), Time & Labor (US), Absence Management (US).
- Solid understanding of US Payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar systems is essential.
