We are seeking a Testing Engineer with hands-on industry experience in PCBA Testing, Final unit and Environment testing, responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality and manufacturing quality of electronic hardware.

1. Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering

2. Experience
- 3 Years in similar field

3. Technical Skill Set
Deep understanding of digital electronics. High proficiency using multimeter, logic analysers and signal generators.

Hands-on industry experience in PCBA Test, Functional Test, Environment test, Vibration Tests and streamline test data collection and reporting.

Design and deploy test fixtures, adapters and custom test racks for use in testing line.

Perform in-depth electrical and functional failure analysis on PCBA defects to identify root causes.

Familiarity with Electronic Manufacturing environments,



PCB assembly (SMT/THT processes) and soldering standards.
- Safety Compliance: Knowledge of the safety standards

4. Skill Set
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with the team, the customer and external product and service providers.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work in different work shifts and team collaboration.
- Problem solving abilities: Ability to solve problems encountered at work also help the team to resolve their problems
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Technical bent of mind to reach the root cause of the problem and troubleshoot the same Excellent verbal communication skills and Proficient in drafting clear and concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
