Role Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, documentation, site surveys, quotations, agreements, payments, installation schedules, subsidy, net metering, commissioning, and project handover.
- Provide regular and accurate updates regarding project progress, material delivery, installation, approvals,



documentation, and expected completion timelines.
- Maintain long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups, collect customer feedback, and ensure proper closure of pending project or service matters.
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, pending issues, escalations, service closures, retention, and follow-up status.
- Ensure qualified communication, timely responses, confidentiality, proper documentation, and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer profiles, communication history, project status, complaint details, feedback, payments, and service records.
- Act as a bridge between customer and company
