Role Description
The Ecommerce Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, catalog accuracy, and inventory coordination. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee daily site performance, track key metrics,



analyze customer behavior, and implement improvements to enhance conversion, average order value, and customer retention. The role includes collaborating with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, managing online merchandising, coordinating with operations for order fulfillment and customer service, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer journey. The Ecommerce Manager will also support strategic planning for current marketplace integrations, digital growth initiatives, and continuous process optimization to drive revenue and brand visibility.
