Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements opportunities using Process Mining techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop detailed documentation of existing processes, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making recommendations for further improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (e.g., Operations Research).
- Robust understanding of Process Mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio.
- Experience working on IT projects involving complex systems integration and data analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
