Profile Summary

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive/Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, conversion tracking, campaign analytics and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

· Manage campaigns for lead generation, conversions, website traffic and remarketing.

· Develop audience targeting strategies based on customer profiles and campaign objectives.

· Conduct keyword research, competitor research and audience research.

· Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending based on performance.

· Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate and ROAS.

· Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.

· Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels and events.

· Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.

· Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.





· Create and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.

· Work closely with Social Media, Design, Content and Sales teams.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

· Track leads and analyze lead quality and conversion performance.

· Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
