UFLY International Aviation Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Palarivattom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, explaining our aviation courses, handling enquiries, and supporting the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
* Explain aviation courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
* Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to student enquiries.
* Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
* Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
* Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student experience.
* Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Previous telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer-service experience is an advantage.
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Ability to work as part of a team and meet targets.
