What You'll Own

1. Client retention above 85%.
You run a book of 6 to 8 client engagements. Clients leave agencies because of missed posts, silent weeks, weak outbound, or feeling unheard. All of these sit with you, which means retention sits with you.

2. 100% on-time delivery. Zero misses.
No client account ever goes silent. Every approved post published on time. Every report presented on schedule. Every monthly discovery call and biweekly check-in held on time. Every daily engagement and outbound block completed. Illuminate sells consistency, and one silent week undoes a month of momentum.

Every client at or above their monthly booked-call target.
Booked calls are what clients pay for. You build the prospect lists, write the message flows, manage every reply, and hand the client each booked call with day, time, and prospect details the moment it lands. Weekly rhythm per account: 200 connection requests, 40% acceptance, 30% replies, 2 to 3 quality calls booked.
