DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design and development of Belt Conveyors, Modular Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Wire mesh Conveyor, Vibratory Conveyor, Elevator Conveyor etc with the help of design 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Solidworks). Prepare manufacturing drawing and process drawings, BOM, Boughtout selections (Geared motor, Belt, scrapper etc).

2. Interaction with Sales team for understanding customers requirements.

Interaction with Project team for review and approval of Conveyor layout / design from client

4. Interaction with Internal Stakeholders (Manufacturing, Assembly, Quality, Project and Service team) for design review, assembly instructions, process improvement, proto manufacturing, product testing.

5. Conduct design feasibility study and prepare Practical & cost-effective solutions for RFQ along with costing data.

7. Identify and resolve design-related problems (RCA), take corrective action and maintain relevant documents about learnings.
