Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement for events, exhibitions, interior and building works.
- Maintain a strong PAN India vendor database, especially across major metro cities.
- Source and evaluate vendors based on quality, rates, reliability, and delivery timelines.
- Obtain, compare, negotiate, and finalise vendor quotations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of standard market rates and material specifications.
- Coordinate with project and production teams for timely material procurement.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and timely delivery.
Required Skills
- Diploma in Material Management – Mandatory
- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Good knowledge of carpentry, glass work, false/gypsum ceiling, plumbing, flooring, and event/exhibition materials.
- Strong vendor network across Metro cities and PAN India.
- Excellent negotiation, quotation analysis, vendor selection, and cost-finalisation skills.
