- Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales and revenue targets.
- Generate recent business through corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, social events, and local accounts.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, conferences, meetings, parties, social functions, and corporate events.
- Conduct site inspections and professionally present banquet facilities, menus, packages, and hotel services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event packages as per client requirements.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms while maintaining hotel revenue and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new corporate and individual accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with F&B;, Banquets, Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Finance teams for event requirements.
- Ensure proper communication of event details through Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and internal coordination meetings.
- Monitor banquet bookings, tentative enquiries, confirmations,



cancellations, and lost business.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting and revenue reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual banquet revenue targets.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in exhibitions, wedding fairs, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection of advance payments and coordination with Finance for outstanding dues.
- Handle client complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all contracted commitments are properly communicated and delivered.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, enquiries, proposals, contracts, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and sales procedures.
