Job Responsibilities
- -Manage and supervise residential civil construction projects from start to completion.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Handle site-level technical and civil construction issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
- Requirements




- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and site execution.
- Positive team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
- -Candidates with experience in Vapi or nearby locations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
