Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital channels, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing,



and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
