We are looking for a motivated Junior Community & Social Media Executive
to support our LinkedIn page, engage with our audience and help build a professional community around employee wellbeing.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, writing, research and speaking with people online. You will work with the founder and marketing team and receive guidance on priorities and campaigns.
About the Role
As our Junior Community & Social Media Executive
, you will support Hygge's LinkedIn content and day-to-daycommunity engagement.
You will help us connect with HR, People & Culture and workplace-wellbeing professionals in the UAE. Your work will include preparing straightforward content, responding to comments,
researching relevant people and topics, and keeping community activity organised. You do not need to be an expert in employee wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is curious, reliable, willing to learn and comfortable communicating professionally online. You will also assist with basic LinkedIn outreach and pass promising conversations to the founder or sales team.
This is a role for someone who is
digitally native, highly curious, socially confident and excellent at communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Community Support
· Help grow Hygge's audience on LinkedIn.
· Welcome new followers and respond to comments and messages.
· Find relevant HR and wellbeing conversations where Hygge can participate.
· Prepare simple polls, questions and discussion prompts.
· Keep conversations polite, useful and professional.
· Help organise online discussions, webinars or community activities.
