Purpose of the Job:
A D&T; Technical Solution Manager Marketing and Commercial plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within an organization. They ensure that technology solutions align with business goals and effectively address client requirements.
The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and running of smart technology solutions that meet the business requirements of customers or the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including customers, project
managers, developers, infrastructure and other technical teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on me and within budget.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Job timing: 10 to 7 pm IST
Any 1 day weekly work from home (Tuesday to Friday )

- Act as the lead solution architect and senior engineer for complex initiatives
- Design and oversee implementation of solutions leveraging:
- Vertex AI (ML pipelines, GenAI capabilities)
- Gemini models (LLM-powered use cases)
- Dialogflow CX/ES (chatbots and voice bots)
