Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Troubleshooting

* Handle basic day-to-day IT support queries related to hardware, software, systems, and network issues.

* Install, configure, and maintain software and applications on computers and workstations.

* Troubleshoot basic technical issues using standard procedures and guidelines.

* Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team member when required.

* Maintain proper records of IT issues, resolutions, and support activities.
System & Network Management

* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of computers, workstations, network devices, and servers.

* Monitor system and network performance and report any issues identified.

* Manage basic user account and access-related requirements.

* Follow standard procedures for data backup, system security, and access control.

* Keep systems and software updated as per company requirements.
Software & Application Deployment

* Learn and perform software and application deployment activities under guidance.





* Deploy application updates in UAT and production environments as per defined procedures.

* Perform basic testing and verification after application deployment.

* Work with the development team during application updates and deployment activities.

* Use remote access and file transfer tools such as AnyDesk and FTP for deployment-related activities.
Database & Server Activities

* Learn and perform basic database deployment and migration activities under guidance.

* Prepare servers for application installation by following defined technical requirements.

* Perform routine server maintenance, updates, and basic configuration activities.

* Identify basic server-related issues and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.

* Follow security policies while working on internal, client, and external servers.
Client & Team Coordination

* Coordinate with internal teams regarding technical requirements and IT-related issues.
