Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client relationships with Implementation Partners.




- Understand client requirements and work closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and rates with clients to ensure profitability.
- Track and report on account performance, placement success, and revenue metrics.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements
- Experience:
8+ years of experience in US Staffing with a focus on Implementation Partners.
- Robust understanding of the staffing lifecycle, sourcing channels, and recruitment processes.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and revenue growth.
