Role Description
The Billing Engineer will manage and verify project quantities and prepare detailed bills for civil construction works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms and applicable standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, performing rate analysis, coordinating with site and project teams for quantity verification, and updating billing systems with validated data. The role involves working closely with contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to clarify measurements, resolve discrepancies,



and support timely payment processing. The Billing Engineer will also assist in preparing cost estimates, maintaining documentation for audits, and contributing to project reporting and financial control. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for civil construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Billing Systems and processes used in construction project billing.
- Ability to perform accurate Rate Analysis and support cost estimation activities.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting drawings, contracts, and site measurements.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant construction billing or ERP software.
- Knowledge of industry standards, contractual terms, and measurement practices.
