About the Role

YOB is looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales & Business Development Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, client communication, and market research.

You will work closely with the business development team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, understand their requirements, and create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, companies, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, company websites, and other research tools.
- Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Write personalized sales messages based on the prospect's company, role, industry, and business needs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Qualify leads and understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Work toward weekly and monthly lead-generation and meeting targets.
