Job Summary:

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage daily reports and data related to Sales, Service, Vehicle Inventory, Finance, and Customer Operations.

The candidate should have good Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate reports on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Service.
- Track vehicle bookings, retail sales, deliveries, cancellations, and pending orders.
- Monitor vehicle stock and inventory status.
- Prepare reports on test drives, leads, enquiries, and conversions.
- Track service bookings, repair orders, vehicle inflow, and service performance.
- Prepare reports on customer follow-ups and pending cases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and other departments to collect data.
- Check data accuracy and identify errors or mismatches.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
- Highlight important trends, gaps, and pending activities to management.
- Ensure all reports are updated and submitted within the required timelines.




- Maintain proper records and data files.

Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
- Good knowledge of Excel dashboards and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analysis.
- Experience in the automobile dealership industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
