The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent from various channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, campuses, freelancers, agencies, and creator communities.
Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across multiple functions.

* Build and manage talent pipelines across different roles and teams.

* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Instagram, job portals, direct outreach, referrals, networking, campuses, creator communities, freelancers, and agencies.

* Coordinate interviews, assessments, selection, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

* Negotiate compensation, contracts, and offers where required.

* Build and maintain relationships with freelancers, agencies,



creators, and external talent partners.

* Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives across digital platforms.

* Participate in and contribute to Auctor Media's internal social media and employer-brand content.

* Be comfortable appearing on camera when required and help create content around team culture, hiring, workplace moments, and company initiatives.

* Shoot simple reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content using a mobile phone, including basic framing, lighting, and audio awareness.

* Handle basic mobile video editing and publishing of simple social media content using tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar platforms.

* Collaborate with other teams whenever on-ground shooting, team content, or employee-focused social media content requires HR participation.

* Help create a professional, energetic, and presentable digital image of the Auctor Media tea
