Marketing Intern – E-commerce Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Intern – E-commerce Operations to join our team and manage day-to-day order processing across major e-commerce marketplaces including Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsible, comfortable working on computers, and interested in learning how an e-commerce business operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily orders received on Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and Amazon
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timelines
- Coordinate daily packing and dispatch of orders
- Print invoices, shipping labels, and other required documents
- Check products before packing to ensure the correct item, size, and quantity are shipped
- Coordinate with the packing/warehouse team for smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor pending, cancelled, returned, and failed orders




- Maintain daily records of orders and dispatches
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required
- Handle basic marketplace-related operational tasks
- Ensure there are no delays or missed orders

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday
- Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or Meesho seller panels is a plus
