Role & responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development
- Identify, evaluate and onboard current dealers.
- Expand dealer network based on market potential and coverage gaps.
- Assess dealer infrastructure, financial strength, manpower and business capability.

2. Dealer Performance Management
- Track dealer sales, market share, productivity and KPIs.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular dealer reviews to improve profitability and productivity

3. Dealer Capability Building
- Identify capability gaps across sales, service and operations.
- Drive dealer training and manpower productivity initiatives.
- Promote professional sales and customer management practices.

4. Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales and market growth through the dealer network.
- Develop territory-specific sales plans with dealers.
- Identify opportunities for market penetration and customer acquisition.

5. Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, products and schemes.
- Identify new markets,



territories and business opportunities.
- Provide actionable market insights to management.

6. Dealer Relationship Management
- Build strong and long-term dealer relationships.
- Address dealer concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
- Act as the key interface between the company and dealer network.

7. Dealer Operations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and business processes.
- Monitor dealer infrastructure, manpower and operational readiness.
- Ensure effective implementation of company initiatives across the network.

8. Business Reporting & Planning
- Prepare dealer-wise business plans, forecasts and performance reports.
- Track targets and key business metrics.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to management.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of experience in Dealer Development, Channel Management or Network Management.
- Strong knowledge of dealer operations, sales
