Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person from a recognized Travel & Tourism institute to join as a Sales Coordinator. This entry-level position will support Director Sales & Business Development and the sales team across African branches in day-to-day operations, CRM management, communication, data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director Sales & Business Development and sales team in coordinating with African branches
- Manage and update the CRM system with client and sales data
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch activity & management reports
- Support in branch communication, follow-ups




- Coordinate with internal departments to support the branch offices
- Handle administrative tasks related to the business process
- Participate and Arrange in online product trainings and webinars
- Maintain accurate records and files related to sales, branch & administrative activities

Skills Required:
- Bachelors or Masters degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Administration
- Strong communication skills in English (Written and verbal), Hindi (Verbal)
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-suite (G-slide, G-sheet etc.)
- Basic knowledge of travel industry terms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit
