We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer with a proven track record of scaling Google Ads accounts for D2C/e-commerce brands — someone who thrives on growth, owns their numbers, and knows how to unlock efficiency at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition and revenue growth for the US market through paid search and shopping campaigns
- Scale Google Ads accounts aggressively — identify growth levers, expand audiences, and push ROAS targets
- Monitor and optimise campaigns daily using ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate as north-star metrics
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve landing page experience and conversion rates
- Set up and maintain GA4, conversion tracking, and performance dashboards for full-funnel visibility
- Identify whitespace opportunities to scale budgets and expand into new channels





Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Proven ability to scale Google Ads accounts — from campaign structuring to budget expansion
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Bing Ads
- D2C / e-commerce experience is mandatory — you understand the full funnel from click to purchase
- Experience managing large ad budgets of at least $100K+ per month
- Robust analytical mindset — you make decisions from data, not gut feel

Good to Have

• Experience with Amazon Ads

• Familiarity with Shopify or D2C e-commerce brands
