OneWear
is building a premium functional menswear brand for modern Indian lifestyles - clothing designed to help men move freely, stay cool, stay sharp and dress with ease. With our product development nearing completion, we are looking for a Founding Brand & Marketing Manager to join our core team and work directly with the founder in building OneWear from the ground up. This is not a narrowly defined marketing role. You will have significant ownership over how OneWear is positioned, presented, launched and grown.

Job type:
Full-time (On-site preferred; Hybrid/Remote considered with regular in-person meetings)

What you’ll own:

• Brand positioning, messaging and communication

• Coordinating brand identity, packaging and website development

• Campaign concepts, photoshoots and product storytelling

• Social media, content and influencer marketing

• Online and offline launch planning

• Managing designers, photographers, developers and specialist partners

• Monitoring campaign performance, customer acquisition and sales





• Helping build the future marketing team and processes

Who we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, retail or D2C marketing

• Strong understanding of branding, content and digital marketing

• Experience executing campaigns and managing creative partners

• Positive creative judgment combined with commercial thinking

• Comfortable working hands-on in an early-stage environment

• Someone who thinks like an owner and can convert ideas into execution
