We are expanding our field sales team to drive direct customer acquisition and on-ground brand outreach.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Door-to-Door Sales Executive to promote and sell Brimbus's products/services directly to customers within assigned territories. This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, is comfortable with daily travel, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities





● Visit residential and/or commercial areas as per the assigned route plan to pitch and sell Brimbus's products/services door-to-door.

● Build rapport with prospective customers, explain offerings clearly, and address queries or objections on the spot.

● Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions using the prescribed reporting format/app.

● Follow up with warm leads and interested prospects to close sales.

● Collect customer feedback and share ground-level market insights with the Sales Manager.

● Represent the Brimbus brand professionally at all times during field interactions.

● Coordinate with the office team for documentation, order processing, and after-sales support.

Requirements

● Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
