TechVentaz Solutions LLP is looking for a Part time Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, manage, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate should understand Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, campaign optimization, performance analysis, and budget management. You will be responsible for improving campaign performance and helping us achieve better results from our advertising budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Set up campaign objectives, audiences, placements, budgets, and ad sets.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Perform audience research and targeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize daily/weekly advertising budgets.
- Analyze campaign reports and provide performance insights.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions.




- Work with the creative team to suggest better ad creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, policies, and advertising trends.

Requirements
- Basic to good hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting.
- Understanding of key advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role.

Preferred Skills
- Experience running lead-generation or conversion campaigns.
- Experience with e-commerce or product-based advertising.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel and Conversions API is a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience with Canva or basic
