Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may also apply)

Purpose of the Role

The Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, site-level service, product application guidance, and execution support to customers and sales teams in the Shillong region to ensure correct usage of Amrit Cement products and to enhance customer satisfaction and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits for concrete application, execution guidance, and quality monitoring.
- Perform site testing such as slump test, concrete cube test, NDT, and basic physical tests of building materials.
- Provide technical support to customers, contractors, engineers, and sales teams.
- Demonstrate product applications and correct construction practices at project sites.
- Support lead generation through technical interaction with key influencers.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, site reports, and test records.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Support sales promotional and technical marketing activities in the region.
- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and data analysis.
