Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, Paid Marketing, and Organic Search strategies, along with the ability to handle clients and lead a digital marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client campaigns, developing growth strategies, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring successful delivery of digital marketing projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Develop paid marketing strategies to improve campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Conduct campaign audits and provide recommendations for improvement




- Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates

SEO & Organic Search
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
- Monitor organic performance using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
- Create strategies to improve organic visibility and search engine performance
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices

Client & Team Handling
- Manage multiple client accounts and understand their business goals
- Communicate with clients regarding strategies, progress, performance, and recommendations
- Build solid client relationships through regular updates and effective communication
- Lead, mentor, and support digital marketing team members
