Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile IT Support Specialist to join our India IT team. This role primarily involves hands-on IT support for staff and clients’ IT issues across India, with secondary support for other global (new market) sites. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and contribute to global IT initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across local, regional, and global operations.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware & Software Support:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software for staff.
- Deploy and maintain computers and other IT equipment.
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting.
- Support Windows and macOS operating systems for staff.

Communication & Staff Support:
- Interact effectively with staff to understand and address technical needs.
- Maintain transparent, professional communication channels with regional and global teams.
- Provide remote support for staff across India, PH, LATAM, Colombia & Argentina,



and other global locations as needed.

Vendor & Procurement Management:
- Maintain accurate procurement records for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, maintenance, and issue resolution.

IT Asset & Security Management:
- Track and manage IT assets including hardware, software, and licenses.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including deployment, retrieval, repairs, inventory, safekeeping, and secure disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset records and coordinate equipment deliveries, collections, and inventory audits to ensure asset accountability.
- Ensure efficient use, security, and maintenance of all IT resources.
