Job Description IT Product Manager / IT Process & Automation Manager

Role Summary

Lead digital transformation by understanding business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, driving end-to-end software delivery, coordinating with development teams, and implementing AI and automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, wireframes and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, developers, QA and business teams through the complete SDLC.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, UAT, deployment and production support.
- Identify automation opportunities across operations and implement AI-led solutions.
- Lead projects such as Speech Bot, WhatsApp Bot, Chatbots, OCR, workflow automation and self-service portals.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs and enterprise platforms.
- Monitor product roadmap,



change requests and release management.
- Create SOPs, process documentation and user manuals.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative business solutions.

Preferred Experience

Minimum 3 years in IT Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation or Process Automation. Experience in Insurance, Roadside Assistance, A
