About the Role
Rainbow International School is looking for an experienced Center Head / Center Manager to lead and manage the overall operations of the center. This role will be responsible for driving admissions, managing the admissions and sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong relationships with parents. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, operational understanding, and the ability to achieve growth targets while maintaining the school’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve branch admissions and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales and admission counsellor team.
- Ensure a high inquiry-to-admission conversion ratio.
- Plan and execute local marketing and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and the local community.
- Ensure timely fee collection and maintain accurate reporting.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure branch compliance with policies and maintain brand standards.
- Oversee daily center operations and coordinate with management for smooth functioning.

Desired Profile
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA or PG in Administration preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in administration, operations, or center management, preferably in education or service-based organizations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to drive admissions and manage parent relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
