Role Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executives to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for driving enrollment for our programs. This role requires a consultative sales approach, as you will be guiding prospective students through a high-ticket investment. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, highly disciplined, and experienced in the EdTech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and execute outbound campaigns to qualify prospective students for our exclusive cohort seats
- Consistently meet and exceed daily operational KPIs, including a minimum of 240 minutes of active talk time per day to ensure continuous pipeline progression and revenue generation
- Conduct comprehensive qualification interviews to align the prospect's career objectives with DATSIs specialized residency programs
- Effectively articulate the unique value propositions, including studio access, IP ownership, and industry mentorship
- Navigate complex financial discussions with professionalism




- Present and structure payment solutions, including EMI options, to facilitate successful enrollments
- Maintain meticulous data hygiene within the CRM/Master Lead Bank
- Ensure all prospect interactions, disposition codes, and follow-up activities are accurately logged in real-time
- Execute the complete admissions cycle according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring a high-quality, high-status candidate experience from the initial touchpoint to final onboarding

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven, direct sales experience specifically within the EdTech industry is required
- High-Ticket Expertise: Demonstrated track record of success in high-ticket B2C sales, premium admissions, or complex service offerings
