Role Description
The Purchasing Department Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon,



responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement activities to support the company’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include creating and processing purchase orders, tracking delivery timelines, and maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation. The specialist will evaluate vendor quotations, compare pricing and quality, and assist in negotiating terms to ensure cost-effective and reliable sourcing. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, aligning purchases with project and departmental needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to forecast requirements. The specialist will also support compliance with company purchasing policies, analyze purchasing data, and contribute to process improvements within the procurement function.
