Essential Duties and Responsibiliti

- s:Responsible for pre & post documentation which includes preparing Export Invoice, Packing List, BL Draft, other related documents, if an
- y.Generating Insurance Certificates thru online portal and keeping track that sufficient Insured amount balance in maintaine
- d.Knowledge of handling hazardous cargo which includes understanding of various Haz Class, Packing Groups and preparing Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD
- ).Candidate will be responsible for all Communication and Co-ordination with Factory, CHA, Forwarding Agent, Transporter, Shipping Lines & Customer
- s.Negotiating Air or Sea freight with forwarders, shipping line or CH
- A.Checking and approving SB Checklists /BOE Checklist/ AWB Draft / BL Draft, et
- c.Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for flight / vessel bookin
- g.Arranging courier shipments thru DHL / FedE
- x.Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) Shipment
- s.Ensuring regular review and understanding requirements of SCOMET and Narcotics for every shipmen
