About The Role




Ferg's Bar are looking for an experienced and motivated duty manager to lead our Front of House team during breakfast and daytime service at Ferg's Bar. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads confidently from the floor and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll be responsible for opening Ferg's Bar each morning, planning the day and overseeing the team to achieve the highest service standards on shift.

This is a full-time role (40+ hours per week) with early starts from 6:30am.
