Position
Riverbed is seeking an HRIS Developer to support and enhance U.S. benefits administration and HR integrations, with a primary focus on Workday. This role will be part of the IT Customer Experience / HRIS function and will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT Delivery teams to ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution,



and successful delivery of enhancements and projects related to U.S. benefits.

The HRIS Developer will be responsible for production support, integrations, and minor enhancements across Workday modules and boundary systems that support U.S. benefits administration. This individual will manage incidents and enhancement requests through Jira and the IT service desk, collaborate with global offshore resources, and participate in project delivery under the direction of the Riverbed IT Delivery Manager.
