Job Title: Delivery Lead (Saviynt) – Identity Governance and Administration

Experience Required: 4–9 years overall in IGA tools, including at least 4 years of hands-on Saviynt IGA experience

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days

Job Summary

To lead implementation, enhancement, support, and governance activities within an Identity Governance and Administration environment.

The role involves working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver Saviynt initiatives, manage access governance processes, and support the stability and continuous improvement of IGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Saviynt IGA implementation, enhancements, and support.
- Manage Saviynt engineering teams and delivery activities.
- Handle application onboarding, access approvals, and certification campaigns.
- Manage provisioning, reconciliation, AD groups, and lifecycle processes.
- Implement least-privilege access and governance controls.
- Develop SOPs, reports, JSON configurations, and automation.




- Support Saviynt upgrades, monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Manage incidents, requests, and ITSM activities.
- Support non-human account lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery

Requirements
- Graduate with 4–9 years of IGA experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Saviynt IGA experience.
- Strong knowledge of Access Governance, Workflows, and Certification Campaigns.
- Experience in Application Onboarding, Provisioning, Reconciliation, and Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, JSON, PowerShell, and Java scripting.
- Experience with ITSM and incident/request management.
- Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Flexible to work in India/US time-zone shifts as required

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
