We are looking for a confident, target-driven Admissions Counselor to join our premium coaching academy. The role involves converting enquiries into enrolments while delivering a professional and consultative student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins and digital leads.
- Understand student needs and recommend the right programme.
- Follow up consistently and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records on CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with trainers and the academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Collect timely feedbacks post enrolments

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills, a sales-oriented mindset, robust follow-up discipline and a qualified approach. Experience in education sales or coaching institutes will be an advantage.
