Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive/Manager to manage and grow the IndiaMART B2B platform for our company. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, inquiry handling, sales closure, and reporting, specifically through the IndiaMART platform and other B2B portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

• Follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain and regularly update IndiaMART product listings, images, specifications, and keywords.

• Identify high-potential customers and forward qualified leads to the internal sales or distributor network.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and visibility on the IndiaMART platform.





• Maintain a daily inquiry tracker and report weekly/monthly conversion ratios.

• Improve product ranking and visibility using SEO tools and keyword strategies within the platform.

• Work with internal teams to ensure timely dispatches and coordinate post-sale service queries.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, BBA/MBA preferred.

• Proven 5-10 years of experience in handling B2B portals like India MART, Trade India, etc.

• Positive communication and email etiquette.

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of industrial electronics/networking products is a plus. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Monthly Inquiry Response Rate > 95%
