Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for personal loans, business loans, and unsecured loans.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention in the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements :
- 10-16 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in digital sales channels (online/mobile).
- Solid understanding of personal loans, business loans, unsecured loans products offered by banks/NBFCs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
