Role Description
The Customer Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for responding to learner and client inquiries, providing clear information about courses and qualifications, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Daily tasks include managing phone, email, and chat communication channels, resolving issues efficiently,



and tracking customer feedback to support continuous improvement. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to address complex queries, and contributing to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
