Technical skills: Python, Kafka, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), SQL , Microservices

Experience level: 6 -8 years

Location: Working from Wayfair Bangalore office thrice a week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Expectations:
- Strong Python backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka and event-driven systems, as the project is heavily Kafka-based.
- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery (GBQ), along with solid SQL skills.
- Knowledge of GraphQL & Dataflow is an added advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and participate in production support/on-call activities.
- Strong backend engineering experience with the ability to understand interactions across multiple backend services.
- Experience working with highly available & scalable systems and multiple data streams.
- Experience of supply chain domain is an added advantage but is not a must.
