We are hiring a Recruiter to run end to end hiring on client mandates. You will own the requirement from intake to closure, not just a slice of it.

What you will do
- Own assigned client mandates end to end: requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer stage and closure
- Build pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and your own network
- Screen candidates on skill fit, stability, notice period and compensation before they reach the client
- Keep clients updated with accurate status, including when the news is not valuable




- Maintain clean and current candidate and requirement records in Company systems
- Meet agreed closure and submission targets each month

What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy, staffing firm or RPO
- Hands on experience hiring for IT or technology roles
- Ability to run multiple mandates at once against tight timelines
- Clear spoken and written English, since you will speak to clients directly
- Someone who follows up without being reminded

This is a full time work from office role. Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at Noida 201305. There is no remote or hybrid option for this position. Please apply only if a daily commute to this location works for you.
