Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle placement and transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and drivers for timely deliveries.
- Track vehicles and monitor delivery status.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch, delivery, freight, and transportation records.
- Coordinate vehicle loading/unloading and ensure proper documentation.
- Verify LR/GR, weighment slips, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery documents.
- Follow up with transporters regarding vehicle delays, shortages, or delivery issues.
- Maintain freight rates and transporter details.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding freight and delivery-related information.
- Handle logistics-related queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain daily MIS/reporting for vehicles, deliveries, freight, and pending shipments.
- Ensure proper communication with all parties until successful delivery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
