Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager – Working Capital role based in Amritsar. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of working capital customers,
including acquisition of new clients and deepening relationships with existing businesses. The Relationship Manager will assess customer requirements, structure appropriate working capital solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for credit appraisal, documentation, and timely disbursement. Daily responsibilities include monitoring account performance, managing portfolio risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards, and resolving customer queries promptly. The role also requires regular market engagement, understanding local business dynamics, and supporting cross-sell of other banking products to meet revenue and service quality targets.
