Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead complex Investment Banking transformation and strategic change programmes end-to-end.
- Own project delivery from business case through implementation and outcomes.
- Drive Front-to-Back transformation across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations and Technology.
- Manage senior stakeholders across Front Office, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology & Operations.
- Lead SteerCo, governance, project reporting, risks, resources and decision-making.
- Drive process optimization, technology modernization and operational efficiency.
- Analyse E2E processes and work with Technology teams on strategic solutions.
- Standardize project/change management practices and mentor project teams.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years in Investment Banking consulting / transformation / change programmes.
- Solid understanding of Investment Banking, Equities,



Fixed Income & Derivatives.
- Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle – execution to settlement and Front-to-Back processes.
- Experience in E2E transformation / architecture overhaul across business and technology.
- Exposure to Broadridge / Summit / Kondor+ and Bloomberg / Refinitiv / ICE Data Services.
- Experience in STP, platform modernization and vendor management.
- Strong programme/project management and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Experience across Agile & Waterfall methodologies; JIRA preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments.
